ALWAYS call before you go to confirm the info, they don't always report changes to me!

Updates for June 2017

June: Easter Sunday is April 16, 2017, so in 2017 most Easter egg hunts will be held on Saturday April 8, 2017 and some on Saturday April 15, 2017. ALWAYS click the links to check date and time with the event's own website, as there are often last minute changes due to weather or logistical problems, just click on the link to the event's website and (in most cases), you want to click on the "events" link or "calendar" link on their website. Or use their site search for "Easter". Do let them know you found them here, so they will update us next year.  Since many egg hunts do not publish the current year's dates until the very last minute, we may not get their current information, which is why we have links to their websites, facebook pages and calendars. See their events calendar. There are also Easter breakfasts and brunches and Easter parades to watch!

Wood County

  • St. Vincent de Paul Easter Egg Hunt - Easter egg hunt

Event date and time: I don't see anything on their website for this year and they haven't provided any update, so I assume it is canceled, it had beeny on the Saturday before Easter, but be sure to confirm on their website for the 2017 date. Easter eggs and small toys will be hidden in the Thrift Store. Plastic Easter eggs will either have candy, small toys, gift certificates, or a gift basket card in them that corresponds to a gift Easter Basket. 3 cans/boxes of nonperishable food items requested. Age group 2-8 years old. Don't forget to get your photo taken with the Easter Bunny. A petting animal area will also be setup.
  • Kiwanis Easter Egg Hunt - Easter egg hunt
    Columbia Park, Marshfield, WI. Event date and time: Call to find out IF they are having it this year; we cannot find any current information about this event, last year it was the Saturday right before Easter, Starts promptly at noon. Three age brackets: 1-4, 5-7, and 8-10. KIWANIS EASTER EGG HUNT. Begins at noon.   • Wisconsin Rapids Kiwanis Easter Egg Hunt - Easter egg hunt
    Lincoln High School, 1801 16th St S, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494. Event date and time: Based on last year's date, it SHOULD be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017 (but be sure to check on their website or call them first as we haven't yet received an update from them) at  10 am. Mark your calendars and join us in the south parking lot at Lincoln High School for the annual Wisconsin Rapids Kiwanis Easter Egg Hunt. There will be four age group divisions, up to 12 years of age. All in attendance will have the opportunity to have their photo taken with the Easter Bunny! Just as a friendly reminder, the event starts at 10 a.m(sharp) and the candy is recovered quickly!
